What is the layout of the "Maison dans la Mer," a seafront villa in St Pierre? The renovation of the "Maison dans la Mer" was completed in August 2023. Only the period walls were preserved and enhanced (exposed stone); the rest was completely renovated: floor slabs, framework, roof! The soundproofing from the street is very well done (triple glazing). All the electrical and plumbing systems are new, as are all the amenities (kitchen, air conditioning). You'll appreciate the special attention paid to aesthetics: bathroom fixtures, retro faucets, as well as tiling, furniture, and decorative accessories. The parquet flooring in the upstairs bedroom was salvaged and reworked by artisans: it also dates back to the 19th century. The house by the sea is spread over two levels. In total, this villa has five bedrooms, all with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor are four beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, three double bedrooms with king-size beds (180 cm), and a children's bedroom with two bunk beds. An air-conditioned living area with a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate an additional guest (for an additional €30/night). On the seafront, you'll appreciate the beautiful living space, allowing you to fully enjoy the sea view. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the covered terrace. The latter consists of several comfortably arranged spaces for a group stay: a large dining table, a lounge area, etc. Upstairs is a magnificent master suite with an exceptional sea view. Note that the villa is resolutely designed to be a "family home" and offers numerous kid-friendly amenities: a crib, high chair, a large 10-kilogram capacity washing machine, and a tumble dryer.
