This villa is located in a very quiet environment 150 meters from the Pierre et Vacances beach and 500 meters from the small Helleux beach, in the town of Sainte-Anne in Guadeloupe. It is located halfway between the town of Sainte-Anne and that of Saint-François, about 6-7 kilometers from the villa. The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe are nearby. The 200 m² villa, with 180 m² of terrace, consists of a main villa and a bungalow, both very comfortable. The main villa, spread over 2 levels, includes: On the garden level: A large and comfortable living room with fan and sofa for 6 people, opening onto the terrace. A very well-equipped American kitchen. An air-conditioned master suite with a king size bed (200/200), a dressing room and a shower room. Guest toilet. The upper level includes: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with exclusive shower rooms, each furnished with a Queen size bed (160/200). Guest toilet. All rooms in the main villa offer a view of the pool and the sea. At the back of the villa, the air-conditioned bungalow of approximately 35 m² (with exterior access) includes: A living room with 2 single extra beds (80 cm), suitable for 2 children. A dressing room. A shower room with toilet. A mezzanine furnished with a Queen size double bed (160/200). The large shaded terrace is furnished with a comfortable outdoor lounge and a large solid wood table for meals. You will have the choice between the infinity pool and the jacuzzi to cool off. Please note: rates vary depending on the number of occupants (for 6 people, 8 people (villa + bungalow) and 10 people (villa + bungalow)). The bungalow is open from 7 people based on the rate for 8 people.
