The sea and the beaches of the Dune Costière park are about 27 minutes away by car (20.5 km). Access to the villa is via the electric gate, which can be crossed by car, where, a few meters away, there is the uncovered parking with the column for recharging electric cars. The property is delimited by authentic dry stone walls. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and extractor hood, sink, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Entering the kitchen you can access the bedroom with the private bathroom on the left and the living room with the dining area on the right.
