This luxury villa, built in 2022, is located on the heights of the town of Diamant, in Martinique, offering a spectacular view of the south of the island. The villa has an area of 240m² and a modern design with quality furniture. The villa is spread over 2 levels, and all rooms offer a panoramic view of the sea. It includes: On the ground floor: 2 independent and air-conditioned studios of 30m² with Queen size bed, private shower room, small equipped kitchen, table and chair. One of the studios communicates with the living room, the other is accessible via the terrace. A large living room of 70m² furnished with a lounge area with television and a dining area for 10 people with sea view. A very well-equipped kitchen with central island. 1 guest toilet. The upper level includes: 1 air-conditioned bedroom with Queen size bed and shower room accessible from the mezzanine. 1 air-conditioned bedroom with king size bed, private shower room and small terrace. 1 mezzanine furnished with a comfortable sofa bed suitable for older children or teenagers. The mezzanine includes a net suspended above the living room for an original touch. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with an outdoor lounge and a salt pool surrounded by 4 sun loungers, all with a breathtaking view. Please note that rates vary depending on the number of occupants and rooms rented. Services include the provision of linen, the first breakfast, a wood barbecue, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and more. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and nearby activities include water sports, hiking, cultural visits and restaurants.
